The Village of Cimarron was named for the Spanish word used to describe a mustang, meaning "wild" or "unbroken". Our take on the classic snickerdoodle adds cinnamon whiskey, spiking it with warmth and a playful kick, marrying tradition with a hint of rebellion. The whiskey’s heat lingers, much like the afterglow of a campfire in the New Mexico night.
